Bookings and Payments
Unless otherwise agreed your session booking requires payment in advance for either the first session in full or the package price in order to receive the package discount. Payment for the next session is required at the session before and will be arranged by a scheduled card payment.
Your booking is not confirmed and assured until payment has been received.
The general cancellation policy is shown below. However, I am very aware that there are times when life events will get in the way of sessions. For that reason I will work with you to change session dates/times to fit in with your requirements. In return we will work together if for some reason I am unable to complete a session due to ill health or life events as I always want to make sure I am at my best for you.
If we are unable to agree a new date/time for a session due to my own requirements then you will be entitled to a full refund or invoice cancellation.
Sessions and session packages which are purchased in advanced will be refunded as per the table below based on the number of sessions taken and the time before the next session(s). If you have received a package discount the refund percentage is based on the per session rate when divided into the package.
- 8 days or more before the session = 80% refund
- Up to 8 days prior to the session = 50% refund
- 48 hours or less prior to the session = no refund
Sessions that have been paid for and carried out will not be eligible for refund. You are paying for my time and my guarantee that I will be doing my absolute best to bring about the positive change you are looking for along with your co-operation and carrying out the instructions given.
If you were to feel you have not had the results you were looking for, and you have followed all of the instructions given, then I will be happy to invest my time for free to provide additional support/session time where appropriate as it is very important to me you get a positive outcome.
