Bookings and Payments

Unless otherwise agreed your session booking requires payment in advance for either the first part payment or the package price in order to receive the package discount. Payment for the next session is required at the session before and will be arranged by a scheduled card payment or direct debit.

If you have opted to pay for the package upfront at the time of booking this must be paid the same day otherwise we will assume you wish to spread the costs, in which case the first payment is due the same day as making the booking.

At busy times in particular we may have to cancel your sessions if payment has not been received by end of day when booking.


The general cancellation policy is shown below. However, I am very aware that there are times when life events will get in the way of sessions. For that reason I will work with you to change session dates/times to fit in with your requirements. In return we will work together if for some reason I am unable to complete a session due to ill health or life events as I always want to make sure I am at my best for you.

If we are unable to agree a new date/time for a session due to my own requirements then you will be entitled to a full refund or invoice cancellation.

Sessions and session packages which are purchased in advanced will be refunded as per the table below based on the number of sessions taken and the time before the next session(s). If you have received a package discount the refund percentage is based on the per session rate when divided into the package.

Pre-paid sessions

  • 8 days or more before the session = 80% refund
  • Up to 8 days prior to the session = 50% refund
  • 48 hours or less prior to the session = no refund

Postponed Sessions

I fully appreciate that there are life events that happen and we need to move appointments. This happens to me as well. Therefore, the policy around postponement has to be a common sense one.

My time is valuable though and often I cannot fill a session when it is postponed.

For session changes and postponements (unless agreed otherwise at the time);

  • Any room re-booking at Knowle/Darlaston = £35 re-booking fee + time related fee
  • More than 7 days notice = no re-booking fee
  • More than 48 hours and less than 7 days notice = £35 re-booking fee
  • Less than 48 hours notice = £75 re-booking fee


Sessions that have been paid for and carried out will not be eligible for refund. You are paying for my time and my guarantee that I will be doing my absolute best to bring about the positive change you are looking for along with your co-operation and carrying out the instructions given.

If you were to feel you have not had the results you were looking for, and you have followed all of the instructions given, then I will be happy to invest my time for free to provide additional support/session time where appropriate as it is very important to me you get a positive outcome.
