Help Harry Help Others Charity Support

In 2018 we started running group and individual sessions as part of the Help Harry Help Others Charity Support, on stress release, relaxation, better sleep, weight release, healthy living and pain release. More recently we have combined these into a single group session each month to cover Stress Release, Sleep and Weight Management. Pain Release sessions are available by request.

The feedback has been most positive and the current dates and times for the 2020 sessions are below;

Group Details

You can attend these groups as often as you like and we now combine the three subjects into one group session each month. The sessions are suitable for those living with cancer and their carers as part of the Help Harry Help Others Charity Support.

Each Monthly One Hour Group Session includes;

Relaxation and Stress Release – You will spend time working on your own specific stresses or anxieties without the need to reveal them to the group. Feel the release as you let go of stress, worry and anxiety and learn the techniques to release these after the session. A very useful skill for any area of your life but especially useful for those living with cancer and carers.

Better Sleep – Sleep is very important for our emotional and physical wellbeing. You will learn, using relaxation and hypnotic techniques, how to ensure you get the sleep you need. Leaving the session calm and relaxed and armed with the skills to bring about mind calming and comfortable sleep when you need to. Even if your sleep pattern is unusual due to work or treatment you will learn how to work with that. Suitable for carers and those living with cancer.

Weight Release and Healthy Living – We then move your focus into your positive mindset around food, drink, exercise and the body shape that’s right for you. You will experience the shift in behaviours to start to make sometimes subtle, sometimes dramatic changes towards being healthy and even starting to exercise in the way that fits in with your health and current fitness levels. Suitable for both carers and those living with cancer.


Pain ReleaseThese sessions are arranged when requested. Please contact Help Harry Help Others. Using relaxation, visualisation and hypnotic techniques you will experience great calm and relaxation in this group session. You will spend time working on your own specific pain and discomfort. Feel the release as you learn how to take control of pain and discomfort to the correct level for you and learn the techniques to release these after the session as and when required. A very useful skill for those living with cancer as well as other pain related issues.
